Sheila Faherty Blood, RN
Of Plymouth, formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 31, 2017.
Beloved wife of Donald W. Blood. Devoted mother of Robert J. and his wife Carol of Norwood, Michael R. and his wife Cathy of Hallandale, FL, Jonathan K. of Weymouth, and Jennifer Clough and her husband Eric of Lunenburg. Loving Nana to Siobhan, Dana, Anastasia,  Amanda, and Kelsie, and her many great grandchildren. Survived by Siblings Paul and his wife Claire, Clare, Jack and his wife Janet and many nephews and nieces. She worked as a Nurse at South Shore Hospital for 30+ years. Sheila loved the summer, the beach, and spending time with her family. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday April 7th at 12 PM at Saint Bonaventure Church 803 State Road Plymouth. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin Street (Rt 37) Braintree Thursday from 4-8 PM. Internment  Manomet cemetery, Plymouth. In lieu of flowers the family sincerely requests that donations in Sheila's memory may be made to The Carroll Center for the Blind 770 Centre Street, Newton, ma 02458.
