Jeanne M. (Gagne) Hannon of Harwich, born March 1,1925  formerly a long time resident of Braintree passed away January 8, 2017 at the Cape Cod Hospital after a short illness. Wife of the late Lewis J. Hannon Jr. Mother of Lois Ready of SC, Joan Reagan and her husband Tony of NH, Lewis and his wife Debra of FL, John of FL, Linda Byrne and her husband Dan of OR, Jay and his wife Michelle of MA and Jeffrey and his wife Mary of SC. Sister of Irene Young of FL. Jeanne is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday January 13 at 11 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church 856 Washington St. Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (RT37) Braintree prior to the mass from 9:30-10:30 AM. Interment MA National Cemetery Bourne at 1:15PM. In lieu of flowers, the family sincerely requests that donations in her name may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation 114 Perimeter Rd.
