Obituary

Virginia “Ginny” M. Roberts 83, of Braintree passed away January 5, 2022. Sister of Teresa Rosa and her husband Peter of Norwell and John Roberts and his wife Joanne of Braintree. Aunt of Cheryl Green of Alaska, Peter Rosa of Florida, John Roberts Jr. of Braintree, Paul Reid of Georgia and Christine Hayes of New Hampshire.

Ginny was a life-long Workers Compensation Administrator and retired from a large shipbuilding corporation in Quincy MA.

She will always be remembered for her kindness and extreme generosity to her many relatives and friends.  She loved to travel and enjoyed her home and beaches in Chatham and Fort Myers FL area. Her BBQs on her deck in Chatham will never be forgotten. Ginny loved to cook and took many cooking classes throughout the years. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday January 12, from 4-7 PM at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin Street (Rt. 37) Braintree. Masks are required for all who are attending the visitation. Interment private. A memorial mass will be held on May 14, 2022 at St. Francis of Assisi Church Braintree.
