Ruth T. (Sybertz) Hyland 88 of Braintree passed away April 4, 2015 at the South Shore Hospital. Beloved wife of the late John F. Hyland to whom she was married to for 40 years. Loving mother of Kathleen Hess of Scituate, Joan Patche of CA, Thomas Hyland of Carver, Donald Hyland of Kingston, Roberta Franey of Abington, Patricia Kirkland of Plymouth and Marie Hyland of E. Bridgewater. Sister of Rev. Donald Sybertz of Tanzania, Norbert Sybertz of Weymouth and the late Delores Hoyt and Loretta Sybertz. Dear grandmother of 20 grandchildren and the late Julie Hyland. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren. Born and raised in Weymouth she had lived in Braintree for the past 64 years. Ruth was a very devoted parishioner to the Church of St. Clare. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday April 10 at 8:30 A.M. in the Church of St. Clare 1244 Liberty St. Braintree Highlands. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (Rt.37) Braintree Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment MA National Cemetery Bourne.
