Ralph Pompeo Obituary

Ralph P. Pompeo, of Braintree, formerly of Quincy passed away peacefully at home on December 19, 2021. Born on September 8, 1947, Ralph was the son of the late Clara and Raffaele Pompeo and brother of the late Joseph Pompeo. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Rosina D’Acci, and his stepchildren, Michelle (D’Acci) Pamir and her husband Koray Pamir of Warren, MA and Jason Newman and his wife Jacqueline (Froio) Newman of Braintree. He was also the loving grandfather “Papa” to Nicholas and Samuel Newman. He is also survived by his loving Aunt Rita Tosone, his sister Carmela Fimian and her husband Paul and his niece Michelle Whitaker and nephew Brian Whitaker. 

Ralph was an avid Revolutionary War student and reenactor. His greatest passion later in life was his membership in the End Zone Militia and cheering for the Champion New England Patriots. He also loved traveling with his wife, Rosina and spending time with his family. 

The family is very grateful for the loving care he received at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Hospice of the South Shore.

Funeral services for Ralph will be private. Masks are required for those attending.
