Patricia (Penny) D. Kettell age 75 of Braintree passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday September 30, 2015. Beloved wife to Thomas F. Kettell Jr. for 54 years. Devoted and hard working mom to her 7 children, Jeff Kettell and his wife Lynne of Sandwich, Greg Kettell and his wife Debbie of Taunton, Suellen Canty and her late husband Steve L. Canty of Quincy, Scott Kettell and his wife Lori of Weymouth, Darcey Lyons and her husband Mike of Plymouth, Leanne Parziale and her husband John of Middleboro, Darlene Jolls and her husband Chris of South Dennis, mother in law to Jennifer (White) Kettell of Carver. Loving Grandmother to 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild she will live on in their hearts and memories. She is also survived by many neices and nephews.  Penny loved the sun, the beach and Cape Cod. Penny loved collecting seashells and was also known for her " Nana cookies". Penny also enjoyed decorating for all of the Holidays. In lieu of flowers, donations in Penny's memory may be made to The South Shore Hospitals Hospice of the South Shore 30 Reservoir Park Drive Rockland, Ma. 02370-1055. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (Rt.37) Braintree Saturday October 3 from 2-6 PM. Funeral Service and burial will be private.
