Obituary

Nicholas J. Fiorentino (Nick), 86, of Braintree passed away peacefully overnight on July 11th, 2023.

Son of the late Salvatore “Sammy” Fiorentino and Carmella (Tringali) Fiorentino. Nick is survived by his wife of 61 years Patricia A. (Sargent) Fiorentino. Beloved father of Donna M. Graham and her husband Rick of Venice, FL, Kimberly A. Finnerty and her husband Paul of Braintree, Nicole P. Zanghi and her husband Joe of Braintree and Nicholas J. Fiorentino Jr., and his wife Angie of Braintree. Grandfather of Brittaney Lee Finnerty, Ryan M. Finnerty, Samantha P. Zanghi, and Joseph C. Zanghi Jr. Great grandfather of Ava Lee Finnerty. Loving brother of Anna Weaver, Gloria DeGiso, Lorraine Foley and the late Marie Graziano.

Prior to retirement Nick owned and operated Nick’s Seafood in South Braintree Square. He was a devoted member of the Sons of Italy, the south Braintree board of trade and a veteran of the United States Navy. Upon retiring Nick enjoyed spending time volunteering at the Braintree Council on Aging.

Nick’s life will be celebrated at a private graveside service at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
