Nancy M. (McCusker) Olson,­ 61, of Braintree passed away May 25, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Robert Olson Jr. Loving mother of Eric Olson and his wife Jolene of Hanson, Diana Olson of Braintree and Matthew Olson and his wife Rosina of Abington. Sister of Frances McCusker Scanlon and her husband Michael of Abington, Eileen McCusker and Patricia McCusker both of Braintree. Dear grandmother of Dylan, Derek and Drew. Born in Weymouth she had been a lifelong resident of Braintree. Nancy had worked as a hairdresser for many years, a medical assistant and as a day care provider. She was a town meeting member and she loved to paint and make jewelry. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral 86 Franklin St. (Rt.37) Braintree, on Wednesday May 28 from 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers the family sincerely requests that donations in her name may be made to Hospice of the South Shore 30 Reservoir Park Dr. Rockland MA 02370-1055 or to a pet rescue of ones choice. Funeral service and interment are private.
