Mary M (O'Halloran) Leahy

Mary M. (O'Halloran) Leahy 81, of Braintree, died peacefully and comfortably on the evening of Tuesday December 18, 2018.

Mary was the devoted wife of 61 years to James F. Leahy, loving mother of James  F. Leahy Jr. and his wife Maryellen of Braintree and Kevin M. Leahy of Whitman. She is also survived by her cherished six grandchildren, Michael, Meghan, Sean, Erin, Tim and Caitlin Leahy.

A resident of Braintree for the past 60 years, Mary had been a Sales Associate at Sears in the South Shore Mall for several years. Throughout her life she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and a good game of scrabble.

She will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Francis of Assisi Church 856 Washington St. Braintree Saturday December 22, 2018 at 10AM. Interment will follow at Plain St. Cemetery Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (RT 37) Braintree Friday December 21, 2018 from 4 to 8PM
