Manuel P. Pettine

Manuel P. Pettine, Sr., “Manny”, 79 of Braintree passed peacefully at home December 14, 2021.  He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Marlene Pettine of Braintree.

He was the dear father of Manuel Pettine (Jr.) of Braintree; Matthew Pettine of Sanford, ME; and the late Michelle Brids of Braintree.  He was also the loving grandfather of six wonderful grandchildren, and is survived by his sister, Mary Cain of Ohio.

Raised and educated in Boston, Manny served with the Army National Guard in the 1960s, before starting his law enforcement career with the Boston Police Department.

Manny was an avid amateur photographer, antique collector, and Civil War buff.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Tuesday, December 21st from 5-7PM at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin Street (Rt. 37) Braintree.
