Laura G. (Farrar) Austin 98 of Braintree passed away February 23, 2015 at the South Shore Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Francis “Bud” Austin. Loving mother of Arthur and Lorraine both of Braintree, Lawrence of NM and Mary Preckwinkle of CO. Nannie Laura of Donald Preckwinkle of SC and Kelly Weis of CO and great grandmother of Robert and Laura Benjamin and Dillon Weis. Sister in law of Madeline Farrar of Norwell. Dear friend of Charles Felsenthal of Natick, Randy Michael Testa, John and Lucia Mudd all of Cambridge, Phillip and Janet Prideaux of Braintree, Jeffrey Lee of NM and Joan Van Heerden of Boston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Norwell she had lived in Braintree for the past 68 years. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday March 4 at 1 PM in the Lindsey Chapel of Emmanuel Church 15 Newbury St. Boston.
