Joseph M. Rosanna

Joseph M. Rosanna of Braintree died peacefully on August 23rd, 2022 at the age of 79.

Joseph was the beloved son of the late Ann (Ralto) Rosanna and Jeffrey Rosanna and loving brother of Patrizia Rosanna of Quincy. He was the dear cousin of David Tedesco, Ron Tedesco, Gail Sanzi, Candace Ralto, Kenneth Ralto, Jeffrey Ralto, Alyce Palmer, Daniel Palmer, Karen Hamilton and the late Christopher Ralto. Joe also leaves many wonderful, caring friends. 

Joe, also known as Michael by many friends, was well loved by family and friends. He enjoyed music and the arts. His younger cousins loved spending time with Joe listening to music. As a young man he was a DJ for many dances in the early 60s. Joe was a hairdresser for 57 years. He most recently worked at Salon 23 West in Wellesley. Before that he owned his own salon on Newbury Street in Boston. During his time working at the salons Joe met many coworkers and clients who became lifelong friends. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Joe was a loving son who cared for his mother in her later years. He also cared for his sister Patrizia. Joe will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours from 9-11AM on Saturday, August 27th at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Braintree. A prayer service at the funeral home will follow the visitation at 11AM. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
