John F. “Frank” Quinn 92 of Braintree formerly of Naples FL, Quincy and Dorchester passed away May 25, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. Husband of the late Marie (Earley) and Margaret (Dwyer). Loving father of John F. Quinn Jr., Ann Barron, Frances Barron all of Braintree and Patricia Bradley of Pembroke. Brother of Elizabeth Quinn and Margaret Jones of England, Anne Quinn of Chicago, Julia Zedon of Braintree and the late William, Edward and Mary Theresa Quinn. Dear grandfather of Sheila (his loving caregiver), Eamonn, Jamie, Jessica, Melissa, Samantha, Jennifer, Justin and Marisa. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. Born and raised in Tuam County Galway Ireland he moved to Dorchester in 1949. He was a member of the Galway Athletic Association where he was a former champion footballer and the Foxfire Country Club in Naples FL. Frank had worked as an accountant for Community Workshop’s in Boston for many years retiring in 1983. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday May 30 at 9am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 850 Washington St. Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (Rt.37) Braintree Friday from 4-7 PM. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery.
