James F. Ericson Sr. 69, of Braintree passed away November 5, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Susan (Richardi) to whom he was married to for 51 years. Loving father of James Jr. and his wife Dianne of Braintree, Edmund and his wife Monique of Taunton, Cindi-Sue Gravelle and her husband Paul of Braintree, and the late Cheryl Ann Ericson. Brother of Ronald of Holbrook, Bernard of Minnesota, and the late Walter Ericson. Dear grandfather of seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Born in Weymouth he was raised in Quincy and had been a resident of Braintree for the past 51 years. He retired in 2007 after 30 years working as a truck driver for the BFI Company. He was a member of the Braintree Sons of Italy and a member of Local #379. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday November 11 at 10:30 AM in Saint Francis of Assisi Church South Braintree Sq. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37) Braintree on Monday from 5-8 P.M. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery.
