Esther A. (Nortonen) Ross 89 of Braintree formerly of Weymouth passed away December 16, 2015 at South Shore Hospital. She was born September 13, 1926 in Fitchburg MA. Wife of the late Earl Ross. Daughter of the late Ano Nortonen and Hilda (Johnson). Loving mother of Marcia Buckley, Earl Ross Jr. and Shirley McCormack. Sister of Hilda Piedimonte, Hulda Piedimonte, Martha Stallings and the late Ruth Garrison, Helen Pemberton, Bonnie Longworth, Phylis Davidson, George, Robert and Chester Nortonen. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are private under the direction of the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (RT. 37) Braintree
