SULLIVAN, Elizabeth Ann “Betty”, of Braintree, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026 after a brief illness.

Betty was 94 years old, born on June 13, 1931 in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Betty grew up and resided in Braintree, MA, the daughter of Daniel Joseph and Ellen Bridget (Descalzo) Sullivan. Betty was predeceased by brothers Daniel J. Sullivan, II of Mansfield, MA, Charles T. Sullivan of Braintree, MA, John F. Sullivan of Houston, TX and William T. Sullivan of Merrick, NY and Tequesta, FL and beloved sisters M. Patricia Sullivan, of Braintree, MA, Margaret L. Early of Worcester, MA, as well as Ellen Marie Anderson, of Braintree, MA. Betty is also survived by 28 cherished nieces & nephews and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Betty graduated from Braintree High School. She worked at Signa Instruments and Collette Travel in Pawtucket, RI. Betty enjoyed extensive travel for over 50 years, often with her sister Patt, visiting 7 continents, countless countries and sailing aboard the great luxury cruise-liners of the day.

A funeral Mass will be held at the Church of Saint Clare, 1244 Liberty St, BRAINTREE, on Saturday, February 28th at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at St. Clare's from 9:45am – 10:45am. Burial will follow at Saint Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth, MA.
