Dorothy F. (Woodford) McRae 86 of Braintree passed away December 28 2015.Wife of the late William McRae. Loving mother of Dennis McRae and his wife Judith of Dracut, Maureen McRae, Therese Persechini and her husband Robert all of Abington, Shaun McRae of Braintree, Sheila Laham and her husband Mark of Brockton and the late Brian and Terrence McRae. Sister of Daniel Woodford of Weymouth, Delores Murphy formerly of FL and the late Mary Frazier, Shirley Brow, Virginia McNeil, Beatrice Johnson, Michael and John Woodford. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born in Quincy she had been a lifelong resident of Braintree. Dorothy loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a contagious laugh and smile that could light up a room. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday January 4 at 11 AM  in the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (Rt.37) Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the funeral home prior to the service from 10- 11 AM. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to the Old Colony Hospice One Credit Union Way Randolph MA 02368. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery Rockland.
