Cameron “Cammi” E. (Matthews)(Milward) Carroll, a life-long Braintree resident, passed away on November 20, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Cammi was predeceased by her former husbands, Paul Milward and Brian Carroll. She is survived by her children Amy Morin and spouse Peter Morin of Braintree, Michael Milward and spouse Christine Milward of Braintree, and Kerri Kinsella and spouse Scott Kinsella of Winthrop. She adored her eight grandchildren, Michael Milward, Matthew Milward, Mary Kate Milward, Thomas Morin, PJ Morin, Sean Morin, Carolyn Kinsella and Colin Kinsella and her great-grandchild Flynn Morin.

Cammi was born and raised in Braintree, graduated from Braintree High School and Dental Assisting School and raised her three children in Braintree. Cammi enjoyed long conversations and celebrations with her family and friends and lavishing attention on a wide variety of pets including cats, dogs, rabbits and ducks. She had a legendary sweet tooth and could provide a review of the quality of cakes, pies and confections produced by bakeries throughout the South Shore.

She was an active citizen of Braintree, volunteering in her younger days at South Shore Hospital and delivering for Meals-on-Wheels. She was past president of the Monatiquot School PTO and past president of Braintree Jr. Philergians and volunteered for many local political campaigns in the town.

She was always willing to give a helping hand and put others before herself.  She was on the Board of Trustees at the Homes of Braintree Hills, where she lived for almost 20 years and loved her friends there. Cammi will be missed.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation from 9:30-11am on Monday, November 25, at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Braintree. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home beginning at 11am. Interment Milton Cemetery, Milton.
