Obituary
Brian J. Finnigan, of Braintree, formerly of Dorchester, passed away on October 19, 2022, surrounded by his loving family, at the much too young age of 43.
He was the beloved husband of Susan (Gorman) Finnigan of Braintree with whom he shared a beautiful daughter, Elizabeth, affectionately known as The Munchkin. Loving son of Janet Finnigan of Weymouth and Joseph Finnigan of Melbourne, FL.
Brian grew up in the Savin Hill section of Dorchester and graduated from BC High and Wentworth Institute. He was a project manager for several construction companies in Boston during his 20-year career.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Braintree on Sunday, October 23 from 1:00 to 4:00PM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 24 at 12:00 noon at St Francis of Assisi church, 856 Washington St., Braintree. Brian will be buried with his grandparents and aunt at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Dorchester following the funeral Mass. Family and Friends are invited.
In lieu of flowers the family sincerely requests that donations may be made in Brian’s memory to the Brian Finnigan Memorial Fund c/o Susan Gorman 37 Franklin St, Braintree, MA 02184.
