Ann E. (Vitale) Jordan, age 91, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025 at Queen Anne nursing home in Hingham.

Ann was the dedicated and loving wife of late Charles Jordan, daughter of the late James and Sarah Vitale, and daughter-in-law of the late Thomas and Margaret Jordan.

Loving and wonderful mother of her daughters Karla Jordan and Lori McGourty, and mother-in-law of Patrick who was like a son to her. Grandmother to Ryan and his wife Melissa McGourty, Elizabeth McGourty and fiancé Will Watson and the late Charles “Chip” McGourty Jr. Great grandmother to Allison, Mark, Charlotte, Johanna, and Claudia which brought her immense joy.

Ann was blessed with her sisters and brothers; Julie and David and the late Virginia, Frank, Fanny,  Jimmy, Pamela and her brother-in-law the late Thomas Jordan and sister-in-law the late Eleanor Murphy.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family on Wednesday, February 5, from 4-7 pm at McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Braintree. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 6, at 10:00am at the Church of Saint Clare, 1244 Liberty St., Braintree. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Randolph.
