NEWBERRY – Alfred “Al” Lorenzo, Sr. – age 89 of Holbrook, entered into eternal rest on June 22nd, 2023.

Beloved husband of the late Patricia (Corlito) Newberry. Devoted father of Theresa “Terri” Silva and her husband Mark of Florida, Alfred Newberry, Jr. and his wife the late Doris of Holbrook, and Mark Newberry of Holbrook. Loving brother of Richard “Richie” Newberry of Peabody, Leonard “Lenny” Newberry of Florida, Annie Citroni of Saugus, the late Lorraine Kelly and Robert Newberry. Cherished grandfather of Nick Silva, Alex Silva and his wife Savanna, Ryan Silva, Christina Zaino, Kaitlyn Kiley and Justyn Newberry. Adoring great-grandfather of Scarlett Silva and soon to be welcoming Storm Silva.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (Rt. 37), BRAINTREE from 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 29th.

A graveside service will be held on Friday June 30th, 2023 in Puritan Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 185 Lake St. PEABODY at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Those attending are kindly asked to meet at the cemetery gates at 10:45am.
