Dorothy M (Richardi) Mckinley

Dorothy M. (Richardi) McKinley 87, of Braintree, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 29, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Dorothy was the devoted wife of 62 years to John F. McKinley, loving mother of William F. McKinley and John F. McKinley Jr. and his wife Sheila. She is also survived by her cherished grandson, John F. McKinley, III. Dorothy was the sister of the late Marie Barnes and her husband, the late Patrick Barnes, Michael Richardi and his wife Miriam, Leonard Richardi and his wife Shirley, Frances Richardi, and Joseph Richardi and his wife Diane.

A lifelong resident of Braintree, Dorothy retired from the Commonwealth of MA Unemployment Division. Throughout her life she enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and cruising. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor at St. Francis of Assisi Church 856 Washington St. Braintree on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 11:30 AM. Following the services Dorothy will be laid to rest at St Mary’s Cemetery, 245 North Street, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (RT 37) Braintree on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 9 to 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers her family kindly suggests that donations in Dorothy’s memory be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital 501 St Jude Pl. Memphis TN 38105.
