Diane M. (Mirrione) Barry 64, of Middleboro, and formerly of Braintree and Brockton, passed away April 13, 2017. Wife of the late Russell J. Barry. Loving mother of Donna Banville and her husband Matthew and Lynette Haughton and her husband Andrade of Braintree. Daughter of the late John S. and Barbara A. (Bushey) Mirrione.  Sister of Charles "Nick" Mirrione of Falmouth, Steven Mirrione of Lakeville and the late Kathleen Mirrione of Easton. Beloved grandmother of  Lorelai and Maeve Banville, Preston and Braydon Haughton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Diane graduated Braintree High School in 1970.  She worked for many years in various jobs in the real estate and financial planning industries. Most notably, however, she proudly served as an office manager and administrative assistant for Bristol Millwork, an architectural millwork manufacturing company in Brockton which was owned by her father, for many years. She was a faithful follower of Christ and his teachings as a communicant, most recently of Sacred Heart Parish in Middleboro.  Diane's passions included gardening, traveling, as well as spending time and creating memories with her friends and family.  Her most rewarding and fulfilling role was being "Nana" to her 4 angels: Lorelai, Preston, Maeve and Braydon.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday April 21 at 10:30 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 856 Washington St., Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home, 86 Franklin St. (RT37), Braintree on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment Blue Hills Cemetery, Braintree. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the American Heart Association 20 Speen St. Fl 1 Framingham MA 01701-4688.

The family is requesting that relatives and friends bring photos that capture memories they shared with Diane to the wake on Thursday. Please bring a copy (not the original) so that these may be added to memory boards as an expression of love and remembrance. It would be appreciated if the date and story behind the photo was written on the back as a keepsake for her family.
