Patricia A (Vitagliano) Menadue

Patricia Ann (Vitagliano) Menadue passed suddenly on Thursday, February 23, 2017.  She was 73. Patricia was born on St. Patrick's day in 1943 in Brockton, MA.  She spent most of her life in Braintree, MA. Beloved daughter of the late Agnes (Sliney) and Generoso Vitagliano of Braintree.  Beloved wife of the late James Menadue of Braintree.  She is survived by her beloved children:  son J. Michael Menadue and his wife Tiffany of Stowe, MA; son William Menadue of Braintree, MA, daughter Lisa Menadue of Braintree, MA, and son Derek Menadue and his wife Laura of Braintree, MA.  Beloved sister of Eileen (Vitagliano) and her husband Paul, of Braintree. She is also survived by her beloved Grandchildren: Clayton, Costa, Katrina, Arianna, Jack and Heidi Menadue. Pat will be greatly missed by her much loved cats Skitty and Skatty.

Patricia recently retired from Au Bon Pan.  She spent much of her time volunteering with many local organizations.  She was an avid fan of the Patriots and Red Sox, and would be hard pressed to miss a game for either team.  An avid bowler and great friend to many in the community, her laugh and great smile will be dearly missed. She was also a breast cancer survivor. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday February 28 at 9 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church 856 Washington St. Braintree. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit the McMaster Funeral Home 86 Franklin St. (RT37) Braintree Monday from 5-8 PM. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be to the Marge Crispin Center 74 Pond St. Braintree Ma, 02184.
